I follow strict Covid guidelines and take the protection of your company very seriously (see below for qualifications) I come to you, in the safety of your own workplace and deliver half hour reflexology treatments for each member of staff. (up to 8 in a day) You will experience the benefits of reflexology and relaxation with the use of luxury aromatherapy oils to enhance the event. What is Reflexology Reflexology is an age old treatment which promotes deep relaxation to help the body heal and rejuvenate. To re-balance and de-stress can help with many ailments to include, headaches, digestive issues, menopause by allowing the body to detox and flow in a more efficient way. Tips for making the most of Reflexology Make sure you drink plenty of water. We are made up of 80% water so it is essential for life. Hopefully it is part of you daily routine and if not, it's never too late to rehydrate. You will need more water especially after your treatment to flush out the toxins from your body.
